ABSTRACT
This research work was undertaken to ascertain the impact of Internet banking in union bank of Nigeria plc Enugu and evaluation of its effectiveness in the banking system. To put this study on a unique out look questionnaires were designed together information while personal interaction was paid purely to areas of customers and cashiers of union bank Plc Enugu and review of related literatures to the main themes and sub themes. It was ascertained that Internet banking has helped the banks to attain goals and objectives.
